Description

 Артропластика плеча. Операция, при которой плечевой сустав пациента, разрушенный болезнью или травмой, заменяется искусственным имплантатом. Показаниями являются тяжелый артрит и остеоартроз плеча, внутрисуставные переломы, наличие выраженного остеопороза, что препятствует консолидации переломов в этой области. В зависимости от степени разрушения сустава выполняется частичная или полная замена стента. Тип имплантата (анатомический, обратимый) определяется особенностями патологического процесса.
