Description

 Эндопротезы локтевого сустава производятся редко. Показанием является значительное разрушение головки луча из-за болезни или травмы у молодых пациентов. Во время протезирования используются силиконовые протезы. Установка металлической головки нежелательна, поскольку такой имплантат может вызывать образование деформаций локтевого сустава. Тип эндопротеза выбран на основании внешнего осмотра и рентгенографии, выполненных в трех проекциях. Операция проводится под общим наркозом или под кондуктивным наркозом.
