Description

 Эндоскопическое удаление опухоли внутри трахеи / бронхов. Метод удаления эндотрахеальной / эндобронхиальной опухоли с помощью инструментального канала фибробронхоскопии. Эндоскопическое удаление внутрисосудистой опухоли (аденома, полип, карциноид) используется для сужения или закупорки трахеального / бронхиального света. Через инструментальный канал бронхоскопа, вставленный в свет трахеобронхиального дерева, петлевой электрод прижимается к опухолевой ножке и затягивается. Когда импульсный электрический ток проходит через металлическую петлю, опухоль «отсекается» с одновременной коагуляцией ее зоны соединения. Удаленная опухоль извлекается из бронхиального луча и отправляется на морфологический анализ.
