Description

 Оптическая когерентная томография (ОКТ) диска зрительного нерва позволяет точно измерять количественные параметры диска зрительного нерва (поверхностный, горизонтальный и вертикальный диаметры, нейроретинальную область), оценивать их соотношение и определять состояние качества. Тест используется для диагностики друзов очагов и демиелинизации; все виды невропатии зрительного нерва: посттравматическая, ишемическая, глаукома, компрессия, воспаление; вести мониторинг этих заболеваний и результатов их лечения. В детской офтальмологии когерентная оптическая томография головки зрительного нерва используется при диагностике врожденных дефектов: гипоплазия, инверсия, аплазия, ямки на оптических дисках.
