Description

 Гингивэктомия. Это операция удаления части десны, которая отделилась от зуба и образовала пародонтальный карман. Гингивотомия показана в случае заболеваний пародонта и гингивита, когда консервативное лечение и выскабливание пародонтального кармана не дали желаемого результата. Операция проводится под местной анестезией после выскабливания и включает удаление части десны с помощью лазера или простого скальпеля. Затем на рану наносится зубная повязка в виде застывающей пасты, которая защищает рану от инфекции и ускоряет ее заживление.
