Description

 Операции на мембранах спинного мозга и подпространства. Группа хирургических вмешательств в нейрохирургии. Применяется для снижения внутричерепного давления при нарушении тока ликвора различного происхождения, при гнойно-воспалительных процессах, сосудистых аномалиях и дефектах твердой мозговой оболочки после травм, операций и заболеваний. Выполняется регулярно или срочно, может быть чистым или гнойным, открытым или малоинвазивным. В некоторых случаях осуществляется использование синтетических конструкций. Продолжительность госпитализации, объем послеоперационных мероприятий и риск возникновения осложнений определяются характером патологии.
