Description

 CPAP терапия. Способ лечения синдрома обструктивного апноэ, заключающийся в создании постоянного положительного давления в дыхательных путях и поддержании их проходимости во время сна. Желательность назначения и выбора режима терапии сPAP зависит от результатов полисомнографии или мониторинга сердечно-дыхательной системы. Процедуры включают в себя устройство, состоящее из компрессора, лицевой маски и соединительного шланга. Во время сна воздух доставляется пациенту под постоянным положительным давлением, что исключает риск коллапса верхних дыхательных путей, эпизодов апноэ и внезапной смерти. Терапевтическим эффектом является улучшение самочувствия, снижение дневной сонливости, нормализация показателей гемодинамики.
