Description

 Uvulopalatofaringoplastika. Хирургическое вмешательство, при котором удаляются язык, миндалины, избыток тканей горла и часть мягкого неба. Это проявляется в так называемом «апноэ во сне» - останавливает дыхание во время сна, вызванное препятствием на пути вдыхаемого воздуха. Перед операцией ЛОР-органы обследуют, назначают полисомнографию для объяснения причины храпа. Вмешательство проводится в плановом порядке под общим наркозом в больнице. Эффективность uvulopalatofaringoplastica составляет 40-60%, затем многие пациенты с апноэ во сне перезапускаются из-за снижения тонуса слизистой и мягких тканей горла.
