Description

 Наружный желудочковый дренаж. Операция по восстановлению спинномозговой жидкости при окклюзионных формах гидроцефалии. Хирургическое вмешательство проводится в срочном порядке при кровоизлиянии в желудочки или обструктивной гидроцефалии, развившейся в результате инсульта или травмы головного мозга. Во время внешнего желудочкового дренажа один конец дренажа вставляется в полость бокового желудочка, а другой помещается в емкость, где собирается эвакуированная спинномозговая жидкость. Скорость потока жидкости контролируется положением емкости. В настоящее время используются дренажные системы для контроля уровня давления спинномозговой жидкости.
