Description

 Перфузионная сцинтиграфия легких. Рентгенологическое исследование, включая визуальную и функциональную оценку капиллярного кровообращения в легких с использованием гамма-излучающих меченых частиц. После введения меченых 99mTc альбуминовых микросфер в вену с помощью гамма-камеры получают серию сцинтиграмм, которые отражают распределение частиц пропорционально циркуляции легких. Перфузионная сцинтиграфия легких проводится в основном для диагностики легочной эмболии и ее ветвей, а также других заболеваний, связанных с нарушением легочной перфузии (пневмония, опухоли легких, обструктивные заболевания, пневмосклероз ).
