Description

 Бужирование канала слюнных желез. Расширение просвета выводного протока с рубцовым стенозом, вызванным хроническим сиаладенитом или травматическим поражением. Это сделано, чтобы нормализовать поток слюны или облегчить поток камней. Тонкий конический зонд вводят в канал слюнной железы и оставляют там на 10-15 минут. Манипуляции повторяются ежедневно, каждый раз увеличивая диаметр зонда и доводя его до нормальных анатомических размеров трубопровода. Полный цикл дилатации может включать 15-30 процедур. Бужирование может быть завершено закапыванием канала и стентированием. При неэффективности консервативного подхода, рассечение канала слюнных желез, пластическая реконструкция.
