Description

 Подавление аденомы слюнной железы. Вмешательство для сохранения органов, заключающееся в энуклеации доброкачественной опухоли или ее удалении с частью железы. В первом случае опухоль удаляется вместе с капсулой. Разрез делается в околоушной области. Подкожные ткани отсепаровываются, пока опухоль не обнажится. Аденома отделяется от паренхимы железы и рассекается. Так как риск рецидива является высоким при неполном удалении аденомы, предпочтительно выполнять удаление опухоли с частью окружающей ткани железы (частичная или частичная резекция железы). В случае больших аденом может быть выполнена полная паротидэктомия. Во время операции может быть повреждена нижнечелюстная ветвь лицевого нерва.
