Description

 Диагностическая торакоскопия. Эндовидеохирургическая методика ревизии органов грудной полости с помощью оптического хирургического торакоскопа. Диагностическая торакоскопия является минимально инвазивной хирургической процедурой, выполняемой под общим наркозом и искусственно наложенным пневмотораксом. Диагностическая торакоскопия показана в случаях рецидивирующего плеврита, пневмоторакса, диссеминированных поражений плевры и легких и дилатации средостенных лимфатических узлов. Основной целью диагностической торакоскопии является получение информативного цитологического или гистологического материала, позволяющего судить о характере и степени патологического процесса.
