Description

 Закрытие перфорации корня зуба. Устранение перфорированного дефекта, при котором корневой канал связывается с тканями пародонта. Перфорация является осложнением эндодонтического лечения, она может привести к развитию пародонтита, разрушению связок и потере зуба. Способ закрытия дефекта зависит от его положения по отношению к корневому каналу (во рту, в средней трети, на вершине). Для герметизации эндодонтической перфорации используются амальгама, стеклоиономерные и композиционные материалы, кальцийсодержащие пасты, триоксидный минеральный заполнитель (ProRuth) ; Манипуляция проводится под контролем стоматологического микроскопа. Целью лечения является создание надежного барьера, предотвращающего распространение инфекции в пробах зубов.
