Description

 Эндоваскулярная баллонная вальвулопластика клапанного стеноза легочной артерии представляет собой метод рентгеновской хирургической ангиопластики, основанный на устранении внутрисосудистого стеноза клапана ЛА с использованием надувного баллонного катетера. Эндоваскулярная баллонная вальвулопластика показана при изолированном клапанном стенозе, отсутствии фиброза клыка и гипоплазии легочного корня. После завершения правожелудочковой вентрикулографии и уточнения морфометрических параметров дефекта баллонный катетер вводят в легочную артерию через бедренную вену и устанавливают на уровне стеноза. Раздувая баллон, выполняют серию дилатаций, добиваясь полного устранения стеноза.
