Description

 Операции с портальной гипертензией направлены на коррекцию гемодинамики и снижение давления в воротной вене. Коррекция гемодинамики при портальной гипертонии осуществляется путем выполнения различных видов шунтирующих операций - прямой портокавальной, брыжеечно-кокаузальной, селективной операции спленоренального шунтирования. Минимально инвазивным эндоваскулярным методом декомпрессии пула воротных вен является трансъюгулярное внутрипеченочное портосистемное шунтирование. Операции, которые ограничивают поток артериальной и венозной крови в воротную вену, включают уменьшение артериального кровотока селезенки путем частичной эмболизации селезеночной артерии.
