Description

 Lung резекция. Радикальная хирургия, в том числе различные варианты для правосторонней или левосторонней пневмонэктомии (пневмонэктомия). Удаление легкого происходит при широко распространенном туберкулезе, пороках развития, раке легкого Процессы, исключающие возможность экономической резекции. При раке легкого с участием средостенных лимфатических узлов показана пневмонэктомия с медиастинальной лимфаденэктомией; с прорастанием опухоли в крупных сосудах - пневмонэктомия с циркулярной резекцией верхней полой вены / грудной аорты; при переходе опухолевого процесса в трахеальную пневмонэктомию с циркулярной резекцией бифуркации трахеи. При мезотелиоме плевры выполняется плевропневмонэктомия.
