Description

 Масштабирование полового члена. Иссечение кожи и подкожной клетчатки полового члена с заменой их на мошонку. Он проводится при неоплазии крайней плоти, распространяющейся по поверхностным тканям и не касающейся кавернозного тела. Это выполняется в два этапа.
