Description

 Для нормальной и долгосрочной функции нефростому требуется базовый уход в виде дренажного раствора со стерильным физиологическим раствором. Кроме того, требуется периодическая замена нефростомии. Ренефростомия должна быть выполнена в течение 24 часов, если дренажная трубка выпала или забита солями в моче. В противном случае может быть трудно удалить старый дренаж или установить новый.
