Description

 Резекция заднего конца нижней части коры выполняется с выраженной гипертрофией в задних сегментах, узких носовых ходах или для обеспечения широкого доступа к глубоким частям носа. Операция проводится в больнице с эндоназальным введением под местной анестезией или общей анестезией, для удаления ткани используется специальная назальная петля. В послеоперационном периоде заднюю тампонаду иногда выполняют для предотвращения кровотечения. Противопоказаниями к резекции заднего конца нижней коры являются острые инфекционные заболевания, нарушения свертываемости крови и серьезные заболевания внутренних органов.
