Description

 Вакцинация против дифтерии и столбняка проводится комбинированным токсоидом дифтерии и столбняка: ADS (Россия), D. T. сire (Франция), ADS-M (Россия). АДФ и Д.Т. Вакс используются для вакцинации и ревакцинации детей с непереносимостью коклюшного компонента вакцин АКДС, а также лиц, уже страдающих коклюшем. ADS-M (вакцина с уменьшенной дозой дифтерийного компонента) показана при ревакцинации против дифтерии и столбняка у детей в возрасте от 6 до 7 и 14 лет, а также у взрослых старше 18 лет каждые 10 лет. лет с момента последней ревакцинации. Реакции на вакцинацию могут протекать в виде лихорадки, умеренной боли, отека и покраснения в месте инъекции, потери аппетита. Когда требуется экстренная профилактика, используются моновакцины: анатоксин дифтерии (анатоксин AD-M) и анатоксин столбняка (анатоксин AS).
