Description

 Leistenlymphadenektomie. Хирургическое удаление паховых лимфатических узлов. Вырабатывается при злокачественных опухолях наружных половых органов. Это может быть выполнено с подтвержденным лимфогенным метастазом и профилактически. Не проводится при множественных лимфогенных и гематогенных метастазах разных локализаций, тяжелое общее состояние больного. Параллельно с паховой складкой имеется разрез для паховой лимфаденэктомии. Лимфатические сосуды отсекаются, лимфатические узлы иссекаются вместе с фасциями, поверхностными и глубокими волокнами. Большую подкожную вену резецируют только по признакам поражения. Рана пришита и дренирована.
