Description

 Подмышечная лимфаденэктомия. Хирургическое удаление подмышечных лимфатических узлов. Чаще всего вырабатывается при раке молочной железы. Это может быть осуществлено для меланом и других злокачественных опухолей, расположенных в зоне лимфодренажа, в узлах подмышечной области. В стандартную версию обычно входит удаление первого и второго уровня лимфатических узлов (расположенных под большой грудной мышцей и под ее краем). Количество удаленных лимфатических узлов определяется с учетом распространенности процесса, варьируясь от 5 до 30. Подмышечная лимфаденэктомия выполняется одновременно с удалением первичной опухоли или в конце иссечения первичной неоплазии.
