Description

 Подвздошная лимфаденэктомия. Хирургическое иссечение подвздошных лимфатических узлов с их раковыми поражениями. Часто сочетается с удалением других групп лимфатических узлов (паховых, парааортальных и ). Обычно проводится при злокачественных опухолях внутренних половых органов. Тип доступа определяется расположением первичной опухоли, вариантом подвздошной лимфаденэктомии (односторонняя или двусторонняя), необходимостью удаления лимфатических узлов из других групп. Можно использовать срединную лапаротомию или выполнить операцию через паховый доступ после удаления паховых лимфатических узлов.
