Description

 Операция Крайл. Иссечение подкожной клетчатки шеи вместе с размещенными в ней анатомическими структурами. Это может быть произведено, используя различные доступы (согласно Крайлу, согласно Duquin, согласно Kocher, ). Это наиболее распространенный метод лимфаденэктомии в случае рака верхних дыхательных путей и челюстно-лицевой области. Это выполняется в случае множественных метастазов опухолей в шейные лимфатические узлы, прорастания фасции, мышц и внутренней яремной вены. Обычно проводится через 2 недели после вмешательства для удаления первичного опухолевого очага. Двусторонняя операция Крайла проводится в два этапа, с интервалом 2-3 недели.
