Description

 Корневой блок (блокада ветвей заднего спинномозгового нерва) используется в качестве теста для определения взаимосвязи между болевым синдромом и комплексом суставов и связок, а также в качестве терапевтической процедуры для снижения аномального мышечного тонуса. Пункция производится на 35-40 мм наружу и на 10-15 мм вниз от остистого отростка. Раствор анестетика с глюкокортикоидом вводится на уровне поперечного отростка, обеспечивая блокаду 3 ветвей задней ветви спинного мозга, которые отвечают за иннервацию связок и мышц спины. Если сайт блокировки корня выбран неправильно, игла может попасть в межпозвонковое отверстие, что усложняет парестезию в зоне иннервации соответствующего корня.
