Description

 Резекция гортани. Частичное хирургическое удаление органа. Вырабатывается при злокачественных опухолевых процессах. Проводится под общим наркозом в условиях ЛОР-отделения онкологической больницы. Объем операции определяется расположением опухоли. В случае одностороннего поражения проводится гемларэктомия (удаление половины гортани), а опухоль располагается в передних отделах - резекция Отана. Глотание обычно восстанавливается с первых дней после операции. Сохранение голосовой функции после резекции гортани зависит от объема удаляемой ткани.
