Description

 Определение чувствительности секретируемой микрофлоры к антибиотикам необходимо для назначения рационального противомикробного лечения наиболее активными препаратами против идентифицированного возбудителя путем определения их дозы, частоты и путей введения. Суспензия выбранной культуры микроорганизмов помещается на поверхность чашек Петри с агаром, где диски с антибиотиками также помещаются и инкубируются. Степень чувствительности оценивают по росту микрофлоры, выделяемой в присутствии антибактериального препарата, путем измерения диаметра зон задержки роста микроорганизма. Более точным методом является определение МПК - минимальной ингибирующей концентрации антибиотика, вызывающей задержку роста культуры.
