Description

 Посев кала на иерсиниоз проводят для выявления носителя бактерий и лабораторного подтверждения кишечной инфекции, вызванной бактериями рода Yersinia. Заболевание протекает с высокой температурой, симптомами интоксикации, диареей, рвотой, болями в животе. Анализ проводится перед началом антибактериальной терапии. Свежесобранные каловые массы помещают в стерильную емкость с питательной средой и доставляют в лабораторию, где проводится инокуляция и инкубация диагностического материала. Видимый рост бактерий оценивается через 3-7 дней. Стоимость анализа с определением чувствительности к антибиотикам выше.
