Nephrotomy

Description

 Нефротомия. Это разрез в почечной ткани. Нефротомия используется для извлечения камней и инородных тел почечной паренхимы. Во время операции делается разрез в поясничной области, почка отделяется от окружающих тканей, чтобы уменьшить кровотечение, зажим прикрепляется к почечной ножке, где сосуды достигают почки. Сначала разберите капсулу почки, а затем паренхиму над местом расположения камня или инородного тела. После удаления мусора ткань сшивают послойно и рану дренируют. Наиболее распространенным осложнением нефротомии является кровотечение.
