Description

 Резекция нижней челюсти. Хирургическое вмешательство, при котором частичное удаление нижней челюсти. Показаниями к операции являются злокачественные опухоли этой локализации. В зависимости от местоположения и распространенности поражения, можно удалить кость, не нарушая и не разрушая кость. В первом случае вырезается компактная пластина (плоская операция), край кости или угол (сегментарное вмешательство). Во втором случае резецируется нижняя челюсть, после чего остаются два отдельных фрагмента или теряется связь с височной костью (при вычленении из височно-нижнечелюстного сустава). По показаниям, после удаления пораженного костного фрагмента проводится пластическая реконструкция.
