Description

 Транскраниальное удаление субдуральных гематом. Открытое хирургическое удаление гематом, расположенных под твердой мозговой оболочкой. Выполняется при острых и подострых гематомах. Краниотомия выполняется на участке гематомы, открывается твердый панцирь, кровь и сгустки удаляются аспиратором. Для полного удаления гематомы вне бурового отверстия катетер промывают раствором фурацилина или физиологическим раствором с помощью катетера. Затем кровотечение останавливается и рана ушивается. Преимущества транскраниальной хирургии включают полное удаление гематомы и надежный гемостаз. Инвазивность этого метода лечения ограничивает его применение у пожилых и тяжелых пациентов.
