Description

 Энтеростомия - создание наружного свища, связывающего тонкий кишечник с внешней средой. В зависимости от области кишечной энтеростомии следует различать двенадцать градусов, тоюностомию и илеостомию. Высокая энтеростомия может быть выполнена, чтобы обеспечить пациентов питательными веществами опухоли вокруг привратника желудка, осложненным панкреатитом, химическим ожогом пищевода и желудка. Энтеростомия показана для дренирования тонкого кишечника в случае кишечной непроходимости или регресса пареза. Энтеростомия может быть постоянной или временной с удалением только ведущей кишечной петли (один ствол) или ведущей и оттока петли (двойной ствол).
