Description

 Закрытие энтеростомы. Оперативное закрытие временного наружного тонкого кишечного свища. Энтеростома ушивается при отсутствии показаний для продолжения кишечного кормления пациента, дальнейшего дренирования или декомпрессии кишечника, а также в случаях, когда энтеростомия не закрывается самопроизвольно после удаления дренажной трубки. Во время операции закрывающей энтеростомии вокруг нее рассекают свищ и рубец. Кишечная петля со стомой обычно рассекается внутри здоровой ткани, восстанавливая непрерывный проход через тонкую кишку.
