Description

 Введение гепатикодуоденостомии (гепатикодуоденостомии). Способ формирования шунтирующего свища между общим внутрипеченочным протоком и 12-перстной кишкой. Гепатикодуоденостомия выполняется с обширным рубцовым или опухолевым сужением общего желчного протока. Когда возможно мобилизовать общий печеночный проток, проток имплантируется в просвет двенадцатиперстной кишки для достижения достаточного перекрытия фистулы. Если мобилизация печеночного протока затруднена плотными спайками, скрытый дренаж каркаса приводит к анастомозу между печеночно-желчегонным каналом и двенадцатиперстной кишкой.
