Description

 Определение проницаемости евстахиевой трубы выполняется в процессе диагностики заболеваний среднего уха, с использованием специальных тестов, обдува полиции, предсердной манометрии и другими методами. При тестировании человека из Вальсальвы пациента просят сделать глубокий вдох, а затем попытаться резко выдохнуть, закрыв нос и рот рукой. При выполнении теста Тойнби пациенту предлагается проглотить слюну с закрытым ртом и зажатыми ноздрями. Если проницаемость евстахиевой трубы сохранена, в обоих случаях возникает ощущение растрескивания в ушах. Результаты удара оцениваются стандартным методом. Предсердная манометрия используется для объективного определения изменения давления в трубе при продувке.
