Description

 Закрытие гастростомы. Хирургическое закрытие временного искусственного свища, соединяющего полость желудка с внешней средой через переднюю брюшную стенку. Закрытие гастростомы выполняется после восстановления пищевода и возможности восстановления естественной пищи. Если гастростомия проработала короткое время, фистула может самопроизвольно закрыться после удаления через нее вставленной трубки. В других случаях он прибегал к хирургическому закрытию гастростомы. После кругового иссечения в слоях наружного свища при гастростомии и свищевом течении отверстие в желудке ушивают двухрядным швом. Рана на брюшной стенке ушита наглухо.
