Description

 Проходимость детской слуховой трубы определяется путем создания повышенного давления воздуха в области глоточного отверстия евстахиевой трубы и регистрации ее прохождения в барабанную полость. Для изменения давления используются пробы с глотанием (простые или с зажатыми ноздрями), маневр Вальсальвы (сжимание с зажатыми ноздрями), обдув Политцера. Проходимость слуховой трубы оценивается аускультативно с помощью отоскопа или ушного указателя Воячека. Для объективной графической регистрации используются записывающие устройства. В педиатрической оториноларингологии определение проходимости слуховой трубы у ребенка имеет большое значение при диагностике аденоидов, отитов, опухолей носоглотки, расщелин неба.
