Description

 Epicantoplastia. Метод европеизации верхних век, с целью устранения или уменьшения выраженности эпиканто - кожных складок во внутреннем углу века. Кандидаты на эпикантопластику - это кто относится к миозоидной расе и желают получить европеизированную форму глаз в результате операции. Во время операции делается эллипсоидальный разрез в области верхнего и z-образного века - в области эпикантуса. Выполняется удаление избытка кожи и жировой грыжи век. В пределах краев Z-сегмента осуществляется отделение двух треугольных участков кожи, их перемещение и оболочка из вершин треугольников у основания друг друга. Эпикантопластика приводит к более широкому разрезу глаз и открытому взгляду.
