Description

 Удаление неорганической абдоминальной опухоли. Хирургическое иссечение новообразования, происходящего из лимфоидной, соединительной, жировой, нервной или другой ткани. Не включает удаление злокачественных новообразований брюшной полости. Чаще всего проводится в детском возрасте, из-за более высокой заболеваемости ретикуло-лимфосаркомой, плазматическими клетками, симпатобластами и другими неорганическими опухолями у детей. Обычно производится с использованием медианного доступа. Объем вмешательства варьируется в зависимости от степени злокачественности, распространенности и локализации новообразования, он может включать удаление кишечного разреза и брыжейки, больший сальник, реже - паренхиматозные органы.
