Description

 Вмешательства во время сужения пищевода и его анастомозов направлены на восстановление проницаемости пищеводной трубки с ее рубцовыми изменениями. Хирургическое лечение показано при полной облитерации просвета пищевода, несовместимом буженге, стенозе сустава, свищах (пищевод-бронхиальный, пищевод-трахея), перфорации пищевода. Методы расширения пищевода и его анастомозов включают дилатацию со стентированием, эндоскопический бужаж, баллонные дилататоры; эндоскопическая диссекция рубцового стеноза пищевода; резекция пищевода с последующей эзофагопластикой - замена резецированного сегмента трансплантацией кишечника.
