Description

 Резекция пищевода. Удаление значительной части пораженного пищевода в неизмененных тканях. Резекция пищевода проводится по поводу злокачественных опухолей пищевода или доброкачественных опухолей, когда их невозможно удалить эндоскопически. Условием резекции пищевода является отсутствие метастатических узлов в других органах (печень, кости, легкие). Резекция пищевода обычно выполняется из грудно-брюшного доступа (с вскрытием грудной клетки и брюшной полости). Через брюшной доступ вырезается желудочная трубка или фрагмент кишечника для последующей замены сегмента пищевода; При грудном доступе выполняется резекция пищевода и его пластика.
