Description

 Электрокоагуляция Haornorn. Электрохирургическое удаление и коагуляция гиперкератотического роста на поверхности кожи. Электрокоагуляция рога кожи происходит после местной анестезии лидокаином или новокаином. Выступающая часть боярышника отсекается электродиссекцией и последующей электрокоагуляцией основания пласта, захватывая 0,5 см здоровой окружающей кожи. В месте коагуляции образуется струп, который может сорваться только после полной эпителизации раны. После электрокоагуляции проводят гистологическое исследование кожи, исключая ее злокачественные новообразования.
