Description

 Пластика кишечного пузыря (энтероцитопластика). Это создание подвздошной кишки резервуара от места подвздошной кишки, заменяющего мочевой пузырь. На первом этапе операции разрез подвздошной кишки прорезается, концы которого сшиты. Конец области разреза разрезается вдоль и сшивается в U-образную конфигурацию, которая соединяется с мочеточниками. Другой конец скреплен и соединен с уретрой. После операции новообразованный мочевой пузырь должен быть обучен удерживать мочу днем и ночью.
