Description

 Консультация с гепатологом необходима пациентам с заболеваниями печени, желчного пузыря и желчевыводящих путей. Гепатолог - это специализированный гастроэнтеролог, который занимается диагностикой и лечением патологии гепатобилиарной системы (вирусный гепатит, ожирение печени, цирроз печени, гипербилирубинемия, аутоиммунное повреждение печени, холецистит, холангит и ряд других). При первичной консультации с гепатологом пациент может жаловаться на желтуху, чувство тяжести и боли в правом подреберье, горький вкус во рту, а также на изменения показателей крови (ферменты печени). После беседы, общего осмотра и пальпации живота гепатолог назначит инструментальные и лабораторные анализы и повторяет посещение с результатами диагностики.
