Description

 Холецистэктомия с резекцией ложа желчного пузыря и расслоением лимфатических узлов. Комбинированная операция, включающая удаление желчного пузыря, окружающих тканей и регионарных лимфатических узлов. Выполняется при местных злокачественных новообразованиях желчного пузыря. Необходимость удаления лимфатических узлов обусловлена высоким риском раннего метастазирования опухоли. Операция выполняется через срединный, парамедицинский или косой разрез. Желчный пузырь изолирован ретроградным. Кистозный проток и кистозная артерия пересекаются, окружающие ткани и лимфатические узлы удаляются. Рана ушивается послойно. Дренаж проводится через отдельный разрез в передней брюшной стенке.
