Description

 Открытая холецистэктомия. Традиционное вмешательство по удалению желчного пузыря, выполняемое через широкий разрез брюшной полости. Прямые показания к открытой холецистэктомии осложняются течением JCB, что требует вмешательства во внепеченочных желчных протоках; технические препятствия или осложнения, возникающие при лапароскопии или мини-хирургии. Желчный пузырь секретируется через косой разрез в правом подреберье или по средней линии живота выше пупка (верхняя срединная лапаротомия) длиной 15-30 После перевязки или отсечения желчных протоков и кровеносных сосудов мочевой пузырь отделяется и удаляется. При оттоке крови и раневом экссудате производят дренирование брюшной полости, разрез зашивают.
