Description

 Резекция молочной железы. Операции по сохранению органов, которые требуют частичного удаления молочной железы. Объем иссекаемой ткани определяется размером опухоли, локализацией, морфологическим строением и возрастом пациента. Учитывая эти характеристики, можно выполнять несколько видов операций: лампэктомия (удаление опухоли с небольшим участком окружающей ткани), секторальная резекция (удаление 1/8-1 / 6 молочной железы), квадрантэктомия (удаление четверти железы), радикальная резекция (удаление до половины объема молочной железы). Онкопластические резекции выполняются для сохранения объема и симметрии груди. Резекционные вмешательства обычно дополняются регионарной лимфаденэктомией.
