Description

 Дилатация / стентирование брахиоцефального ствола. Хирургическая методика эндоваскулярной рентгенографии для реканализации брахиоцефального артериального ствола с помощью баллонной ангиопластики и установки скелетного стента. Условиями для расширения плечевого ствола являются сохраненный кровоток в левой внутренней сонной артерии и использование церебральной защиты от эмболии. Посредством пункционной пункции подмышечной или бедренной артерии под рентгенологическим контролем защитный фильтр устанавливается дистально до сужения; Баллонный катетер необходимого размера устанавливается в зоне стеноза. После ряда дилатаций вместо стеноза имплантируется стент, который поддерживает просвет артерии.
