Description

 Сонные и подключичные маневры. Реконструктивное ангиохирургическое вмешательство, заключающееся в наложении анастомоза между донором с подключичной артерией и общей сонной артерией. Сонные и подключичные маневры выполняются при стенозе или окклюзии подключичной артерии во время развития синдрома зелёной подключицы. После хирургического выделения и подготовки подключичных артерий и общих сонных артерий между ними формируется анастомоз с использованием синтетического протеза. Конец шунта вшивают под прямым углом в боковую стенку сонной артерии и под острым углом в подклавиатуру ниже по потоку от выброса позвоночной артерии. После сонно-подключичного маневра кровоток через общую сонную артерию направляется как в мозг, так и в обход подключичной артерии.
